Ordering
- On printed items make sure you order enough. It is much cheaper to order a few extra initially than it is to order a few extras later. The first 25 of any printed item are the costliest, as that is where we include the set-up charges for the printing press.
- Please proofread carefully before finalizing your order. We recommend having “three sets of eyes” do the final proof. Please check the names, addresses and all text carefully. Verify that all information is complete and accurate. We will print exactly what you specify.
- Once you have completed the final proof, please print out the pdf document, sign and date it and return to Paper & Pearls. Files will not be sent to the press until the signed document is received.
- Allow sufficient time to complete your order. We recommend you confirm your order a minimum of 6 weeks out from your target date for mailing. Your invitations should be mailed 6-7 weeks before your wedding day.
- Custom jewelry requires a minimum of 5 weeks from design to delivery.
- Delays caused by lack of communication on the part of the buyer over wording, font choices, final proofing or number of pieces required maybe subject to a Rush charge of 10% of total order.

Booking & Payment
- We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Orders will not be booked until payment is received. Materials will not be ordered until deposit is received. As a small business, we reserve the right to limit the number of bookings for any given date. Final payment is due when you pick up your order. Orders can be shipped UPS. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the final payment.
- We deal with many different vendors. Some of the papers and beads we offer are imported. If an item you select is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and do our best to find an item of similar quality.
- We accept cash, check, and money orders. Credit card payments are accepted. *Please be aware when the charge appears on your statement it will show the merchant as “Roses & Ivy.”

Changes or Cancellations
- If you wish to make a change to your order, including additions, deletions or color changes, please notify us immediately. Your printed order will be placed into production within 24 hours of confirmation. Your jewelry order will be placed into production 24 hours after color selection and confirmation.
- Your order(s) will be “locked” when placed into production. Locked orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If for some reason there is a mistake that is made on our end, your order will be revised at NO COST to you. However, keep in mind that all orders placed are FINAL.
- We will not accept any returns for any order.
- We are NOT responsible for any error that was made on your end, i.e. location changes, card stock or bead color issues, etc.
