Paper and Pearls started out as just “Paper” back in 2002.  Karen  created programs for family and friends’ weddings. Then came requests for custom wedding invitations which led to save-the-date cards, thank you notes, and other printed items.

Maureen began creating jewelry after taking a design class.  Unlike much of the jewelry being made, Maureen’s pieces were not the large, chunky creations most designers were offering.  Hers had a style and elegance geared for more special occasions.

In 2005, on a trip to Michigan’s wine country with friends, the idea of combining creative talents was hatched and Paper & Pearls was born.  Since that time, most business has been word of mouth or from small bridal fairs.  

We would like the opportunity to make your day unique from the invitations that set the tone for the whole event to the bridal and bridesmaids jewelry that adds the finishing touch. From "announcement" to "pronouncement", our goal at Paper & Pearls is to provide you with tasteful richness of design and ornamentation to accent you on your special day.

We are a small, family-owned business which focuses on individual, one-on-one attention. Due to this, our business is generally limited to Cincinnati, Ohio and its surrounding areas.
